hey every one, i am starting this thread for my own curiosity.

1. post a pic of you SFC's

2. what they were, how much, and how much to weld in?

3. tell how much they helped(really want to know this)?

i have the spohn sfc's.

bought them new from spohn plus shipping.

me and my grandfather welded them in, so it was free but i got quoted from a shop for 80 bucks for the install.

I made my own. Cost very little for me. I ran my along the rocker panel and attached the rear control arm box in as well. Took a bar over to the stock subframe in the front...I will try to get some pics for you later...

Hotchkis me and my dad welded them in. I dont think there was a huge improvement cause i think my car was pretty tight. Like on a t-top car tho that has had some abuse i think they would help out alot. They also help u hook up better.

i just got some alstons from the tds group purchase, cant wait to get them installed. i plan on getting the ones that run along the pinch weld too. now i just need to learn to weld

This side shows where I cut a slot in the floor. I welded it on the inside and reinforced the area with some 1/8" sheet steel...
