Just do a search on the suspension/chassis/brakes board for it. It's been covered in depth many times.
Try this link, it seemed to have the most info after doing a quick search.

I did mine a few months ago, and burning the old bushings out worked the best for me. I just couldn't get them to press out. Then I destroyed the old bushing shells with a chisel and a BFH, and installed the new ES poly bushings with a ball joint press. Not too bad a job, but took a few hours. I paid a shop to do them last time and they charged me $100.

alloy came up with a good way to do this when we did mine.
drill the rubber part out of the old bushing, then with a sawzall cut the center section out of the old shell, then use a punch/hammer/chissle, brute force
to get the remain bit out of the arm. worked like a charm for us.

what i did was i used a cold chisel and wedged it between the lip of the bushing shell and the actually a-arm. i went around the perimeter beating the crap out of it for a few minutes and one the lip wsa raised and beat the hell i just pounded straight down on it. it came out l ike a champ.
