Goodyear GS-D3 vs. BFG KDW
I will be replacing my tires with either of these tires. The goodyears are rated better by consumers and tirerack but it seems most people on this site don't like goodyear. The goodyears are about $10 more a tire. Any further opinions?
also, i would really like to get the BFG KD however they don't make them in 245/50/16, what a shame.
thanks
JP

I ran the KDW and I was very impressed with that tire. that would be my first choice when buying performance tires again.
I don't have any experience with the goodyear GS-D3 though.

I work at a tire store and have heard that Kdw and kdws both chop up bad and i have seen some unhappy customers.
But i still wanted them and everyone told me not to.
I cant honestly say if there good but my bfg Traction T/As

I have the D3's on my front wheels and they are awesome! Just being on the front has made a major difference on dry pavement, wet roads, and even some snow! Most of Goodyears really suck and I always hated them but this new tire is worth looking at.

I've had the KDW's and they wear pretty damn even.

Performance before looks, but price is a major factor, at least for most of us.

The GSCs do look cool, but they are expensive, right? The GS-D3s were only $10 more than the KDW per tire, not to bad. I paid $156 installed.

I thought the GSC was discontinued, but I saw them on a tire site for sale, $220 each + shipping for 245/50/16.
SLP had them on sale a couple of years ago for $99 each.
