Wheelhop Conquered

Comp engineering 3 way shocks set at 50/50

Spohn tubular LCAS on the bottom hole of my lca relocators

25 psi right airbag, 5 psi left

i also added a spohn adjustable panhard which got my rear centered but i dont think this did anything for me launch wise

the car just flat out hooks now, bogs the hell out of my motor.

It wheelhopped lightly on burnout once though but when it counts I can dump the clutch at 4000 and it just goes.

The car doesnt even have the ***** to pull through first gear now. It actually is slower lol, what a bitch

anyways thanks for the advice to all who suggested shocks (i think tta850 was one?)

btw those last three mods were on top of all the other mods i allready had.. basically ive pretty much every single thing a person can do to the rear suspension, save for a custom drag race sway bar

Yes actually

before is the et below, 13.65 blah balh

the et i ran today was a 13.8 @ 103.xx with a .... drum roll.... 2.2 60 foot lol... i did hit my first 2.1 though, 2.16 to be exact lol its just bogging the hell out of my motor on launch. There is not enough pump shot volume and not enough gear to pull it out of the hole.

A small shot of nitrous will cure that.

Well... nitrous would be a simple fix to off the line bog at the dragstrip. Still - what about the street? You gonna hit the button everytime you get into a streetlight race? I think not.

If that concerns you, I would suggest decreasing traction (sounds crazy). Maybe, if you relocated your LCAs to a higher setting on the bracket, you can get back some of the wheel spin that will allow you to hit your power curve faster.

I have stock F41 springs, i really need to do something about that on the front because the car looks like a 4x4 in the front. Just today i parked in this space that was slightly angled back and my wheels were turned and the front end was so high the bottom edge of the nose was probably an inch or two from my knee.. it looked utterly rediculous

Ill figure somethign out with the bog i might swap back to FI and see what happens since it seemed to me that I had alot more torque with FI...

i could always just go with 4.10s and that would make the car an animal
