higher sping rates but stock height?

Ok Im looking for some companies that make a higher spring rate with the stock ride height. I have some heavy stereo equpment sitting on the rear wheels and it is making the rear springs sag a bit. I am running 18" Z06 wheels on the back and I realy dont think the car needs to be lowered, plus I worried about rubbing with the 285's. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appriciate it!! Thanks

Jim

You could always go with moog rear springs. I believe the part # is CC635.

I do have the moog springs back there, and even they are starting to sag a little. I have about 140-160 lbs sitting in the "pit" and on the rear shelf. Thanks for the reply.

Have you tried replacing the rear spring isolators? If they are orig, they are prolly flattened out a bit. I hear the 4th gen ones are taller and might raise the rear up enough for you.

I might try the 4th gen's I replaced them with the 3rd gen replacements. Doesn't Energy suspension make sping isolaters? I might try those. I take it by the responses no one makes a stiffer stock height spring? Thanks for the replys.

I have about the same weight in equipment in the same place and use stock 4th gen WS6 rear springs with no problems.

Thanks for the replys. The spacers look interesting but I like the idea of the WS6 Springs. Ok well at least now I have a few different options. Thanks again for your help.

Moog also makes heavy-duty rear springs for our cars. Look them up. If you take out the stereo equipment though, you'll end up with a lifted thirdgen

Ok, after I saw the eibach spring rates posted I'm thinking that the pro kit might pair up well with the koni sports. I checked my tire height and available space and I think I can afford to drop the car 1". Will that combination control the extra weight in the back well or will I have problems? Thanks again. I really don't want to drop close to 1K on this and have bottoming and rubbing problems.
