Which will make my car handle better?

I either want to get rims this year , 17x9.5 all around, or i will get some new shocks and struts and sub frame connectors and a wonderbar. The shockes i was lookin at are hal 12 way adjustable ones for the rear , and i dont know what i get for the front. I really want something adjustable because i plan to autocross the car . I allready have some suspension stuff listed in the sig. Thanks.

Taking into account what you have in your sig, you really should get good shocks to go with your Eibachs. Then the 17"s with good, sticky tires.

Scour the junkyards for a GTA, Formula or IROC with the bigger front and rr sway bars, and take the bars and the mounts, and bolt them in. Yes, shocks/Struts (adjustable KYB's are good, too) and some bigger wheels and sticky tires.

Good luck

If your going adj on the rears, you might want to go adj on the front with like Konis or Tokicos. KYB also makes an adj like Troy mentioned.

If you're still running stock shocks/struts with lowering springs, they're probably toast. You definatly need to replace them before you even think about stuff like sway bars. I'm running Koni Sports (fronts are 5-way adjustable) and really like them. Just dont cheap out on dampers, since they're one of the most importent aspects of your suspension, especially if you're going to be autocrossing.

This is a quote from a book on autocross: "You want good shocks and you want them to be stiff...Don't go to Sears for this. Koni, Bilstein and Tokico all seem to be good choices."

As far as wheels, your tires matter alot more than your wheel size.

shocks and struts are a definite need. youll probably need mounts too. might as well get some poly bushing since the stock ones are prolly old and mushy. i dont know what years they used the 36mm/24mm sway bars, but those are a good, cheap upgrade if you can find them.
