spohns sfc's and spohn swaybars

well guys i'm trying to improve the cornering ability of my 2.8 ltr camaro , i've already decided to get some spohn sfc's but i'm wondering if i should also get the spohn 36/24 swaybar kit aswell?

is it to much for my car, or should i go with 34/22 ?

i already have a wonderbar and am goping to get a stb aswell

any insight would be appreciated

Determining proper sway bars can get complicated. There are many factors that determine what the proper sway bar is. If you can, the best way to get the combo right is to just simply experiment. However, that is damn near impossible in the real world. It would be very timely and expensive to test and tune all the possiblities. Having said that, I would say your best starting place would be to search on the boards for similar cars. There used to be one member with a 2.8 liter camaro that had a lot of suspension work and tuning on his car. Try to find out what other people with similar setups as yours have to get an idea of what is known to work well. Then go shopping.

Also, I don't really think using anything from a top notch company like Spohn or Hotchkis would have a negative effect on your ride. Hope this is helpful...

you can run a larger rear bar than the V8's without lifting the rear. I run a 34mmsolid front, and a 25mmsolid rear bar. I also have much heavier springs rate that stock though. This controls front to reaar weight transfer as well as side to side. With stock springs I would recommend using 30mm front, 23mm rear for a balanced feel front-to-rear in proportion to side-to-side.

before you put the sway bars on, your money is better spent getting some good shocks/struts.

a car with stock bars (with poly bushings) and shocks will out corner a car with badass bars and worn shocks.
