No, didn't not come with 215 or 205 (15" came with 215). It came with either 245/50/16 or 235/55/16. You can get 225/60/16, I have them, but I don't like them.

i would just go with the stock 245/50/16 or 255/50/16 if i were you, i think the 16x8s will look really ugly with 205 or 225s...too narrow unless you are going for that look

I know a 225/60R16 works on a 16x8 because that's what my winter tires are. 215s weren't in stock at the time I got the tires. Wanted as narrow of a tire as possible for winter traction.
My summer tires are 275/40R18 in the back and 245/45R17 in the front
Unless these are strictly for the winter, get the 245/50R16 size.

I know my 225/60R16s were easy to mount, so I don't see 215/60R16 being a problem.
Why do you want such skinny tires up front though? It will seriously affect handling. Then again not everyone cares as much about that as I do. If you're looking for a slick n skinny look, then buy some aftermarket wheels with slicks n skinnies. Just doesn't look right on stock rims, as mentioned.
