Let's decide this once and for all...

Stock suspension on a 1992 RS with 16" wheels and F41 RPO code. What size sway bars does it have? I have searched and have seen everything from 32-36 solid/hollow front, and 22-24 solid/hollow rear. Which is it? Do they have the fast ratio steering box or not? My '92 has the 16" wheels and F41, but the steering feels awfully loose. It does look like it has a pretty big sway bar up front though.

Never made hollow rear swaybars. Your car probably has either a 34 or 36mm from what I've been hearing lately.

My car had the 36/24 combo, but still felt somewhat loose. Replace your swaybar endlinks and mount bushings with poly stuff, and you'll notice a HUGE difference. Also, buy a wonderbar, another nice addition. Shocks/springs don't hurt either, and neither does a strut tower brace.

Nothing that people "decide" here will have any effect on the size of your sway bars.

Go measure them. A Crescent wrench right next to the bushings, and a measuring tape with mm, is all you need.

I got so caught up in my poly bushings rant, I forgot to tell him to measure!

Undersizing your bushings 2mm or so doesn't hurt anything by the way. For example, I'm running 22mm bushings on 24mm rear bar and 34mm bushings on 36mm front bar. I actually think that's the better option

Actually, I'd size the bushings to match the bar. You want a snug fit...but not binding. Also, pay the extra for geasable ones....poly bushings are noisy unless you keep them lubed.

My 91 ta with f41 susp and I just replaced bushing and endlinks the front was 34 and rear was 24. But I think gm used what ever they had over the years so the sizes very in the 80's. Not sure if they stayed consistent during the 90's. Maybe others will chime in with what they have on 90's cars to see of there is any consistency. But the only true way to know is measure with calipers or mic's.

I haven't had any issues with binding on my front or rear bar yet. I lubed the rear bar mounts with synthetic wheel bearing grease and did the front bar mounts with the included lube (felt more like glue than lube). Reason I undersized them was #1, 36mm bushings are insanely expensive, #2 22mm bushings could be found in parts store the day I decided to do the rears, and #3 I've heard these mounts can "cold-flow" and expand, but usually won't expand more than 1-2mm, so I figured by undersizing them a bit, they'll expand out to the right fit
