Your list is okay but I would opt for a tranny cooler over a PS cooler. I would also look for used parts since $600 in suspension stuff doesn't get you very far. I wouldn't spend money on an upper panhard rod or rear STB yet.
I would opt for a tranny cooler over, indeed that well be going into when the engin and tranny are ready,

that wont matter, if you looked i said that all thats getting home fab, im not buying it, im making it

Here's a post I put up a few weeks back about my suspension setup. Subtract $325 for the brakes, and you see I've spent around $900 on my suspension. Pretty solid setup. If you are serious about wanting really good handling, I wouldn't touch the KYBs...and buy some performance lowering springs, don't waste time cutting your worn stock ones. Dropzone springs = $75.

Spohn makes great stuff. I have Spohn subframe connectors sitting in my garage waiting to get installed. Spohn is good to buy for almost everything, but I'd buy a TDS Wonderbar. You have to do some grinding with the Spohn unit that is avoided with the TDS unit. I have Koni Red adjustable struts up front and they work great, but Bilstein HD struts work very well also I've heard.
As for brakes, I have the 13" C4HD setup and bought the adapter parts from Ed (ebmiller88) and the rest of the parts I got used from various sources. Can't beat an entire front brake upgrade for ~$325
So far into my suspension, I have..
-Stock WS6 36/24 swaybar combo
-DropZone lowering springs ($75 new)
-Koni Red adjustable struts ($175 for pair but got them used, low miles)
-Bilstein HD rear shocks (roughly $45 with trading, again used)
-TDS wonderbar/steering brace ($45 new, second-hand)
-Jamex 2-point strut tower bar ($35, used)
-Spohn Sub-Frame Connectors (roughly $160 with trading, new second-hand)
-Tubular lower control arms powdercoated red, brand unknown ($60, used, low miles)
-Custom rod-ended adjustable solid aluminum panhard rod ($150, new)
-ES poly swaybar mounts and endlinks ($60ish altogether, new)
-ES poly torque arm mount ($14, new)
-Earl's Stainless braided front brake lines ($50, new)
-Front C4HD brake setup ($325, used parts and new hubs/brackets from Ed)
So I have roughly $1200 into my suspension/braking system and it is simply amazing. I definitely recommend the ES poly swaybar endlinks and bushings all around. I did one piece at a time (rear endlinks, front endlinks, rear mounts, front mounts) and noticed a very large increase each time. If you were to do just these 4 items at once, it'd be an insane improvement.
The only thing most people would really say I really need to add to this car would be lower control arm relocation brackets, but I'm going to try my luck with just the LCAs by themselves at first. I'm not getting any wheelhop anymore now that I installed the ES poly torque arm bushing (again, taht made a huge difference). I'm just spinning em. Have better tires for the track, I'll have to see how they work along with the new LCAs without brackets. I honestly don't think they are needed (relocation brackets).
