bad eibachs?
ok on my 88 formula i put on the eibach pro kit droped it down just a little but i wasn't really after the drop as much as i wanted it to handle better well the car did handle really good before the pro kit now it feels like a four door focus when im hard into a turn the front tires feel like they want to slide out from under the car what gives?

the car is stiffer now and resists body roll, causing the wheels to take more of the force. solution? better tires.
btw, the lowering is a drop over stock ride height. your springs more than likely have sagged, as have everyones.

Be sure the springs are indexed correctly. I doubt it's possible to mix up the front and back springs on these cars. If you did, the front of the car would be slammed and the rear solid as a rock.
If your car is bouncing, it's more likely your shocks and struts are bad, not your springs. And as far as comparing handling, the Focus handles very well.

Your suspension is likely out of balance now. You have new parts combined with old worn out parts. By "bouncy" do you mean a slow floating feeling or do you mean a harsh ubrupt jolt? Your springs and struts are not capable of dampening the new force the springs. Thus, your springs aren't being used to their full potential.
