Bump stop relocation? / Spohn A-arms
I'm going to install my Spohn performance tubular front a-arms with spring boxes on Monday. Where should I mount the bumpstops on the car? Anyone done this yet? A pic perhaps?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I'm not sure which ones ground control sells, but pretty much the best stuff out there along those lines are the Koni sylasto (sp?) shaft bump stops...

Thanks guys, very helpful. I have even been planning on putting Konis on my car. The Ground control stuff looks good for now though. Whatever I can get my hands on most likely.

I'm in the process of installing the Spohn tubular A-arms and new struts/springs myself, and was wondering if you guys had any reccomendations on the firmness/size of bumpstop to order? The struts & springs are Tokico HPs.

I went with the ground control ones and have had no problems. I pulled my receipt for a part # but it just said "bumpstop". Make sure they give you ones for a 3rd gen and not a 4th (they are different, won't work, and I have a free set sitting in my spare parts pile)!!

Actually these are what I used, I trimmed the first three layers off and mounted them to the frame.
