LCA relocation bracket position

My 86 T/A- Spohn adjustable torque arm, Eibach Prokit, KYB shocks, Lakewood SFC, LCA, Panhard bar, and BMR bolt in LCA relocation brackets. The BMR brackets have 2 sets of holes. I am using the top holes now. Presently running BFG Drag radials on GTA rims. After about 12 passes with this set up I started getting wheel hop. Would dropping the LCA to the bottom holes help plant the tires? The car is an auto, 3:42 gears, 2400 converter. Running 18-20 psi in the tires. Any thoughts? Thanks.

It probably would. What angle are your CAs sitting at on the top setting?

Car: Yes
Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
Try it and see. It's a TUNING adjustment, not a "this one is perfect for EVERYBODY so there's no reason for the other to exist" kind of thing.

Every car is different. It's not impossible even, that your car would want a set of additional holes installed in between the 2 factory sets.

At the top setting the lower control arms are at 0 degrees according to the angle finder.

How does the car work with the bolts in the other ones?

This is the first sign of wheel hop I've had with the car. Mods were done in search of traction. The problem isn't evident on the street, only the prepared surface of the track. With the LCA in the stock position, traction is reduced. I will try the lowest setting at my next track outing.

Drop it one hole at a time untill the wheelhop disappears.
