Any difference between the two performance wise would be minimal. The hollow bar is a lot lighter though, so thats a good thing.

The 36mm hollow is stiffer than your old 30mm. I think the 36mm hollow compares about the same as the 34mm solid.

The hollow 36, solid 24 combo is fairly common.

I'm looking at buying one of these, but I can't find polyurethane bushings for it. I have the 30mm solid bar right now too so there won't be much of a performance gain just weight loss? How much difference is there in the weight?

TDS, a board sponsor, sells them.

Maybe I should rephrase/clarify my post.
Between the 30mm solid and 36mm hollow, there will be a big difference. Between the 36mm solid and 36mm hollow, almost no difference.

Well just got thru changing it, and the car feels "heavier" in the front now, guess it will take a while to get used to it..I now have 36 front 24 rear...Had a 30 up front.....

I have the 36 up front and a 25 in the rear. I used to have 34/21 (F41 suspension).
The 36 in the front works perfect for me. The car really feels more planted in a turn and I have very little body roll. It is a better bar for me than the old 34 was.
The 25 is too much. Won't let the weight transfer to the outside of the car correctly, causing a loss in traction. I am going to a smaller bar in the rear. Possilbly a GM 21 solid or a StranoParts 22 hollow. (wish I hadn't been a moron and trashed the stocker...)
Spohn sells greasable bushings for the 36 fronts.

Do y'all think the 36mm would be to much for my car since I only have a V6 and it doesn't weigh as much?

Depends on your driving taste and what shocks/springs you have. Wouldn't hurt to try (other than wallet)

I guess I'm an aggressive driver. I like to have fun when I drive and take turns as fast as possible. My V6 isn't that great in a straight line (although most of the time I have no problem passing people) so until I can get a new engine I want it to be great in the curves. I have 1" drop springs, KYB GR-2 struts and Gas-A-Just shocks, and 275 tires all around.

Personally, I would invest more in the shocks/struts before I do anything else. You will see the most gains there. But, I would venture that the 36 mm would help you as well.
I'm agressive too. A LS1 SS and TA couldn't get away from me on a road they knew well. And my L03 is pretty much stock. Yeah, they weren't happy.
