need a measurement for a sway bar

i was going to replace my front struts and springs and found out that the sway bar is rubbing on the passenger side and i dont know if its bent or just outta line so if someone has an old sway bar laying around that you know is straight could you please measure it from hole to hole (the hole for the sway bar link) and let me know or can you tell me where to find this info? thanks

Re: need a measurement for a sway bar

Many different sizes came stock. It depends on what kind of car you have and what some of the RPO codes are for your vehicle.

for the front, I think there was a 32 hollow, 34 hollow, 36 hollow, and a 34 solid (ultra rare... only on factory race cars)

for the rear, there was a 19, 21, 23, and a 24 (all solid). There is also an aftermarket 1" solid (25.4mm) bar that you can buy.

Re: need a measurement for a sway bar

If it is hollow there will be two little holes near the endlinks. I think your vehicle would have 34/21, but I'm not sure... someone else can chime in here.
