Brake line or Caliper?

When I hit the brakes, the car pulls towards the driver's side, so I decided to check out the front brakes. The driver's side is showing normal, even wear. The passenger's side is showing almost no wear whatsoever. This tells me that the passenger's side caliper isn't being applied. Could the passenger's side brake line be the cause? Any ideas?

I also had the same problem. I changed both front brake hoses and the pull was gone. Remember that there are left & right brake hoses.
