Need final opinion's on SFC choice...please step inside...

I'm getting Sub Frame Connectors for Christmas, only thing is, I'm not sure which one's to get.

I've read through all the archives, and searched around the internet, and boiled it down to either the Kenny Brown's or the Steve Spohn SFC's.

Price is not an issue, so I'm not taking into account that the Spohn's are cheaper than the Kenny Brown's, nor am I taking into account that Spohn supports the site (although I obviously do love this site)...I'm basing everything on PERFORMANCE. It appears that the Kenny Brown and the Spohn SFC's are nearly identical, except that the Kenny Browns weld directly into the rear subframe rather than just to the LCA mounts. Does this make a huge difference, or any difference at all? If you could have either for FREE, which would you choose?

I'm going with the Global West tubular SFC's.

As for the price for he who asked:

Kenny Browns are $300 I believe, and I THINK the Spohn's are $249, but I'm not completely positive.

Also, from what I've read, the boxed subframe connectors seem to be better than the tubular ones for the type of force that will be applied to them.

Does anybody have any opinions on the performance difference between the two, if any? All opinions are welcome, I want as much input as I can get on these things before I buy them because I'm gonna be pretty much stuck with whatever I choose!

Since you asked for opinions, here's mine; Tell your parents to buy the JEGS bolt in's for $150.00, then use the other $150.00 or so for something else like lca's, or a panhard rod.
