wheels, tires and lowering?

wheels, tires and lowering?
I want to drop my car inch to an inch and a quarter. But I also want to put 17" tires on, is this going to rub the wheel wells in the front during hard corning. WIll they even fit if I lower it.
Also I want to put 315/35/17 in the back. Will they fit. and can you put them on 17 x 9.5" rims.
