Opinions on subframe connectors...
I was wondering what they exactly do? Are they worth getting, and if so how much do they run. I heard they make the car ride smoother without loosing any handling.

I finally saw a clear picture of them in a book last week. Look under your car. You'll see a frame rail end just under the driver's feet. Then, there's just floor underneath the seats. Then, a frame rail starts up again under the back seats, and goes towards the lower control arms. The subframe connectors tie those two points together.
Bolt-in's work okay for a while, but then the bolt holes stretch from the stress, and the connectors loosen up. Weld-in's require a welder (or a trip to a welding shop).

I have some pics of Global West's SFCs. Should you be interested, I'd be happy to share them.
