Get the 1LE sway bars,36mm front and 24mm rear. You can get them at www.spohn.net or your local dealership can get them for you.

Try to find someone selling them off an old IROC. I picked up a set of swaybars and a wonderbar for 90 bucks!

I haven't heard anything about aftermarket ones, but I love my IROC ones. they're stock and they're awesome. I put new hardware and bushings from PST, and with the other mods my car handles awesome!

1LE and WS6 are the same. I agree on picking them up used from a junkyard. I bought new 1LE sway bar links though. Of course new sway bar bushings, either poly graphite or stock rubber, depending on the handling and feel you are looking for. I drilled the front sway bar bushing brackets and installed zerk fittings so I can grease them with synthetic grease at oil change time. I drilled a hole in the bushing where it aligned with the zerk fitting. Then I took a Dremel and cut circumferential grooves and an X groove in the inside of the bushings for the grease to flow. The ES rears came with grease fittings.

It'll be hard to find bars stiffer/more effective than the factory 1LE or WS6 bars.
If you must go aftermarket, I've had really good experience with the Herb Adams bars.He used to be an Engineer at GM and he has a lot of experience with third gen F-bodies.The end-links on his bars are the heim-joint all-steel type!

Yeah I want the herb adams ones but they will end up cost close to 6 hundred bucks to buy all said and done. If any ones know where to get them cheaper or a good spot to pick up the 1 le bars it would be helpful. Thanks

USED...IROC, WS6...doubt you will find a 1le of b4c but there ya go. I am not sure but I think the the owner before took out the IROC 36mm and put in a 32 mm one...he even said that it was a super heavy duty one....are the 36 hollow and maybe mine a 32 mm solid? I dunno, but with the lowerd car and this superhard swaybar (with poly bushings) and the stock rear my car has NO body roll...stiff as a board.....very hard ride too.....gotta try and find away around that.....

Take the time and find ones from a factory car 1LE(yea right) or a WS6(more likely) you can get them for a fraction of the cost of aftermarket ones and they don't wear out.

I am surprised I thought I saw one on there just the other day. He doesn't have any coming up? I can't think of any place else. James c is where I got mine from. Unless tgr has one.
