Alignment Settings?
I am going to be getting my car aligned this week after doing a c5 and ls1 brake swap and some other suspension work. What are some good settings to have the car aligned to? The car is an 85 Iroc with suspension mods in my sig.

Setting will depend on what you plan to do with the car. Street, drag, lapping, road race, combo?

Re: Alignment Settings?
How would these settings seem?
Caster L (+4) R (+4.5) Camber L (-0.5) R (-0.5) Toe (3/32)
or would this be better?
Caster L (+5) R (+5.5) Camber L (-1) R (-1) Toe (3/32)
Like I said, the car is mostly street driven. How would tire wear be with these settings?

I don;t even know what tires rand and size you are running. For very good 245-50-16's I would recommend 5/5.5 caster- -.7 to -.8 range on camber and 3/32 toe in with soild strut mount bearings. Crappy stock strut mounts I would use a little higher camber and a little lower caster.

I am running BF Goodrich G-Force tires (245/50-16 may upgrade to 255/50-16's) and I just installed a set of UMI caster & camber plates the other day. Which of the settings would you recomend Vetruck?

Re: Alignment Settings?
I hate those tires. Those were the last tires I put on my Camaro before it went to the ex. They get real squirmish above 88 mph like as if centrifical force fails the integrity of the sidewalls. (Yeah, I know everyone, 88mph was the speed of the Delorean in Back to the future- Ive heard the joke already).
If you drive the car hard all the time, then go up to -1* on the camber. Otherwise if it sees lots of freeway miles then leave it in the -0.7 to -0.8 range (basically shoot for -0.75)

Re: Alignment Settings?
How much difference would there be between -.7 to -1 on the camber? Reason I ask is because I don't drive hard all the time and I don't do a lot of highway driving either.
