It depends. What do you have in mind for the car?
Quick note, you're going to have issues with front wheels being "mis-aligned" if you get the A-Arms. Seems that you need both the A-Arms & K-Member to keep stock wheel location from what I've read.

the lower control arms dont come with ball joints installed already? other than that it looks good.

and about the a-arms..i didnt know that..ill save myself $500 then..just get new A-Arm bushings

Bind happens when the poly has deformed all that it can easily deform, then it starts deforming undesireably based on load. In most cases, poly deforms smoothly, but once you go past a given point in the suspensions range of motion the poly requires more force to keep deforming. And the more it deforms, the more force it needs to keep deforming. Think of the deformation to force relation as a linear relationship initially and more exponential towards the end (for you suspension experts, I know this isn't the greatest explanation, but its within the general ball-park). A rod end or Del-Sphere allows for a smooth & constant range of motion throughout the range of articulation.
This means that you're car is going to handle better and be more predictable to drive in AX/RR & canyon runs using rod ends or Del-Spheres than poly bushings.
EDIT
I just saw that you're getting sway bar & a-arm bushings, which for there applications will work just fine. Also, Spohn sells all the steering components you listed as a single kit. Saves you something like $20.

Vetruck (Dean), had two great threads on suspension mechanics going until he deleted them. Perhaps its time I put my two years of FSAE work into text on suspensions. It'd help answer questions and be an easy guide for new people to follow. Dean has far more experience than me, but I'd say we're about even on the basic book knowledge.

yeah i talk to Dean whenever i have questions about suspension..was on the phone with him not to long ago for like 2hours just talking about springs...

I would honestly go with the MOOG steering parts rather than the Spohn's. I had problems with the studs stripping when I installed them a second time. I believe the thread fit between the studs and supplied castle nuts is to loose. Perhaps replacing the castle nuts with higher quality pieces would fix the problem. There is nothing like buying new steering components twice in one year.
