Got car back together this spring. Has bin without a motor for 6 years or so
And the front end is way up high. Measured 29" on both sides
Did springs stretch??
It's all new kmember struts brakes and bushings
Springs are located right. Cover one hole but not other on a arm any thoughts

When I replaced the old totally worn out front shocks on my Fiero the front end raised up I'd like so say about an inch.
Move the. Car around first and see where its at after it settles
Car has bin driven plenty this summer still high it did settle a bit but not much
Before I could get jack under kmember now it's a tight squeeze

OEM K-member or aftermarket????
Spohn k member
Stock arms
Stock arms
everything will need to settle for a bit before you can decide what your ride height is, put some miles and wiehgt on it for a while see where it sits and then decide if you need to lower or what not.

Spohn K-Members have had some issues in the past if I remember right about this issue. Also how much weight did you remove from the front end? Alum Heads, headers etc...... an extra 50-100 lbs will cause it to ride higher as well.
Ya kwik I think it is a weight thing
Hood heads and all the basic stuff gone
But I added a 45lb turbo and some piping but it must still be light
And kwik u wouldn't of bought that car from me like 8 years ago did u?

I have had the car since 1994...
Was doing some re-reading, you could get a jack under the K-member before when it sat lower, but now you can't? If you have access to the stock K-member measure from your spring seat to the center bolt holes for the lower control arms, just to check that the Spohn piece is the same distance.

That is about when I sold mine

No I bought the hood from VFN about 5 or so years ago, when I bought it was a complete L69, T5 car that I drove through college.
From the sounds of it then the springs have settled, I would check the dimension mentioned above. From the sound of what you are saying it sounds like that measurement isn't right.
FWIW my car has stock k-member and arms, with trick springs and 1 coil cut off IIRC with 165 front runners, no weight left in the front end (iron headed small block, but completely stripped out engine bay) and my measurement is about 26.5"
