finally lowered!

Cut front and rear ws6 springs. 1 1/2 in the front and only a half in the rear. Need to lower the rear some more. Should I just remove the insulators or take another half off?

Re: finally lowered!

i cut 1 coil front & rear & removed the rear isolaters & put 1/2" heater hose on the coil in its place sits about 1/4" higher in the rear so might want to try that & see where it sets then you can always trim a bit more if still not happyName: lowered005.jpg

That looks pretty good! I have another set of stock springs so I'll try cutting another half on the rear and maybe swapping isolators. If that doesn't work I'll start all over.

Took the stockers and did 1 coil front and rear and removed the rear isolators. Sits perfect I think! Handles really good and don't have any problems rubbing or scraping

Re: finally lowered!

There were many different spring rates for stock springs, which rate springs are any of you using? Do any of you run into the bump stops during driving? I am using the part number 5664 springs that are rated at 767lb/inch and have one coil cut and am not as low as you guys are posting. Are you using old springs? I know my setup may be lighter but I am probably still 1-2" higher than you guys.
