Moser TA Clearance Issue

Moser TA Clearance Issue
recently purchased a used moser torque arm part# 737012. It's currently semi-installed because I ran into an issue where the drive shaft joint hits the torque arm bracket I'll attach pictures.. is this a wrong bracket ? It says it's suppose to fit oem 10 bolt rear ends.. do I have to notch the bracket with a grinder? Thanks

I would try sending your pics to Moser and ask them. Maybe this torque arm setup is for their Ford 9” rear? Not sure.
