Anybody installed a Kenny Brown street cage? How smooth did it go?

I was also looking into that cage from KB. I've heard nothing but good things about KB products. Also, if anyone decides to get their SFCs, get them through LPE, they are $229. If I get the cage I'll be sure to post lots of pics.

Kenny Brown does make excellent products. I have his complete competition suspension and subframe connectors on my car and wouldn't do otherwise.

However, Spohn was the only one who offered what I needed for a torque arm. If he wasn't there I couldn't get what I wanted. But the quality just isn't there. There's nothing more tacky on my car than looking at the underside and seeing two pieces of angle iron hanging down from the Spohn tranny crossmember.

I've talked (emailed) to the Kenny Brown guys and they've been super. A+ for consumer relations.

An entire YEAR after I purchased my Kenny Brown suspension I got a call from them asking how it worked out and whether or not I was happy with it!

is that $549 installed or just for the unassembled parts? Cuz for 350 spohn will get you an unassembled 10pt with swing out side bars that clear the inner door handles

When you consider how much money it takes to have a cage custom made for your car the KB $600 price tag becomes insignificant. Just depends what you want. The KB is perfect for my high power street car. I'm also gun shy of Spohn after my last purchase and absolutely giddy about Kenny Brown.

"this cage is a chassis stiffening device, not a roll over protection device." (from next generation cat.) and thats about the kenny brown cage. now a ten point cage is a roll over protection.

I've got a street car. I don't want to climb through a cage or have it take up space in the front of the cabin.
