Single planes

Single planes

I was wondering if there is any single plane mainfolds out there that have egr for the LO3. I cant seem to find any anywhere.

Why would you want to install a single on a L03?? A good dual plane would work the best I would think. I take it you have a different hood? The single I have on my other car is kind high. Not sure if you have the aircleaner room. Just a thought.

I think a single plane like a torker or stealth would fit under the stock hood of a 89 formula and some people have done it on here. I read alot about the single vs. dual plane and a single plane would have a higher rpm range. Basically i wanted a single because that might help solve the power problem after 4200rpm.

palric made his L03 run 13.9 with the 7525 weiand, 670 TBI, ZZ4 cam, 3.42s, 5 speed, full exaust, custom chip, no power adder, and untouched stock heads...and other stuff he probably didn't mention

The manifold will fit your stock heads?? It says that its for the old bolt patten and 87+ aluminum heads. If it does fit then i will be a very happy person

All you have to do is modify the two middle bolt holes on either side of the carb. You do this by drilling a different angle thru the bolt holes.

Instead would you be able to use the sr torquer heads for the old bolt pattern??
