I saw the tbi mod page and was wondering how much of a difference was it could you really tell it was done or just another,1-2 free unnoticeable horse power? And if its worth it wasnt there somebody that did this for you if you paid him and he would clean the tbi up, to almost like new.

If your going to put all the stuff in your to do list surely you can do the mods to your tbi yourself. If someone else is going to do them for you then I would get them to do the tbi mods too.

I think the AFPR would be worth more than anything of what is supposed to be done. I just wish somebody had some flow numbers to give justification. I'll probably do it anyways, because most people see to get good results from it.

I did the tbi mods i took the tbi off those dam brittle lines that come from the tbi break so easy so i replaced them. And cleaned the tbi out espically on the bottom of the tbi where the PCV vavle comes from the valve cover with a black hose goes to the tbi so i cleaned that out. There was alot of stuff in there black dirt and chunks.Alot i used the castrol degreaser and a old tooth brush after that i started on making the tbi bores wider i made them as wide as the picture on here and i grinded down the things that the butterflys a screwed to.ALOT OF SPARKS pretty cool after i put that i cleaned it off with a air hose and cleanded it again then bolted the fuel housing back on and then put the tbi back on then to help clean the injectors more. I bought some fuel injector cleaner its the brand with the horse on it colored orange i think its called outlaw. So i added it to the car (it stopped my dads truck jumping because the injectors or something was dirty)and some 92 at $1.88 a gallon anyways i turned the car on and it didnt sound different but after i reved it a couple times i could tell a difference so i took it out for a spin and to up my neighbor hood.So i dont about you guys but i could tell the difference before and after.
