i believe there is a link in the tech boards on how to make these using simple stuff around the house, if not i doubt they would be hard to rig up (if you and i are thinking about the same ram air box)

There's a couple places on the internet that make them. My friend and I are planning on fabricating some new ram air intake systems for my camaro and his mustang. We have a few drawings we are looking over so we could make one for any setup however you want it. We could do it out of sheet metal or even plastic.

I'm gonna take some pics of my car after I get it back from being painted... I'll be sure to take pics of the ram air setup I built using the TBI air cleaner box/TPI air cleaner box hybrid.

Try like way over 140 deg. I ran a temp prob off of a cheapy outside temp guage in my air cleaner and it peged the meter everywhere other than on the highway then it ran at 135. The meter only went to 140 so i figure it was higher. My monte has much better under hood cooling than a camaro so figure on it being worse. So if you could get it down to 80 from our conservative 140 deg point thats 60 degrees defference. Thats a 6 percenyt power increase or 18 hp on my 300 hp motor. Just my 2 cents.

hmm, I am a little confused on what ur talking about.

Are u talking temp? Cause I am pretty sure they don't mean temp when I was asking my question. It was the degree at which the dual outlets come out of the assembly at; 80 degrees or 110 degrees. Know what I mean?
