New help with new throttle body
I'm putting on my new 2" throttle body today, but I've noticed that it is slightly different from my stock unit.
On our stock units, we have 4 vacuum ports on the front of the body, but my new one has 3. The one that's missing is the one of the far right (driver's side). Now, IF I remember correctly, that port went to the VAFPR????
So, what do I do now? Can I just put a t-fitting on the port on the passenger side and call it a day or what?
Thanks guys.
By the way, I know I haven't been posting much lately. This engine swap is taking FOREVER!!!

You can tee anything except the MAP. The other accesories wont be bothered by having two things hooked up to one vac port.

Thanks Steve.
Well, since I removed the air cleaner housing a long time ago, I think I plugged that port until I got my VAFPR, the I plugged it into there. I would think that since it's for my FPR, that it would be wise to have the vacuum source come from the throttle body?
So which port should I put a t-fitting into in order to operate it? Or does it really not matter at all (eg could I just plug it into the brake booster or something)????
EDIT: Dimented post while I was typing this

Id say the egr if you had to t into something. Its a realatively low load and there isnt any gas or oil going through it like the can or the pcv, not to mention that the vacuum feeding the pcv will fluctuate alot. See if you can use a larger line to feed both the VAFPR and the egr. Should help keep vacuum fluctuations down to a minimum when the egr is activated.
