throttle adjusment on the throttle body
how do you adjust the throttle cabe to tighten it up? i put a brick on my go petel and it only opens it like 9/10ths maybe of open throttle.also how about the tv cabe, should that lil button be level with the casing of it or does it require very hard pushing to get it to go right.
also should your fuel injectors pulse instead of throwing a steady stream and should they be throwing larger particles of fuel or should it be a even cone of mist?

Work the throttle with your hand from inside the engine bay and look at the injectors. When you give it a lil' gas the pulsing fuel should appear to be a perfect cone. If it still looks choppy, try some fuel system cleaner. You'd be supprised how well that works...

no reply on how to adjust the throttle cable? should it only open that much? and will the ecm read that as WOT as it reads its lowest point as idle? i would think this would all make a big diff in 1/4 mile performance

At WOT the butterfly should be on about an 75-80* angle IIRC. Check the springs and sutch under the gas pedal...

You could take a look via a scanner to see if you're getting 100% TPS in the ECM. I don't think there's a max throttle learn type of algorithm in the ECM. But, it might be I just haven't run across it, yet.
If the throttle opening (or lack thereof) is not allowing MAP to go to whatever ambient atmospheric pressure is, you are correct there's going to be a hit on performance. Again, with a scanner, you should be able to compare BARO and MAP to make sure the throttle isn't obstructing flow.

You cant adjust a stock throttle cable. If you use an aftermarket one then you have adjustability but the stock one is non-adjustable. Almost all the way open will be good enough. You could check to see for obstructions behind the gas pedal but thats about it.
EDIT: Dont mess with the stock cable bracket. Your transmission will hate you for it if you bend it all up. Take it from me, the geometry for the TV cable is critical for proper tranmission function. Dont know why they didnt use vacuum like the older units, that tv cable sucks...
