fastest recorded lo3?
i've searched around for this an d haven't come up with anything, but does anyone know the fastest time posted by a l03 camaro/firebird? i thought it might be a neat goal to a chieve, mind you i'm talking naturally aspirated w/o nitrous just wondering if anyone knew.
i know this is no record but my car has ran 12.9's @ 81in the 1000 ft with nothing more than a k&N , locker, 50/50 drags in back and lakewood boxed LCA's, and rear seat/spare tire removed i think that converts to a low to mid 15 sec 1/4 mile pass, correct me if i'm wrong

Bone stock so far the fastest I have seen here on TGO was my car that ran a 15.355 @87.00mph. I know if I start the modding game I'll probly get myself into the low 1:34....

you have got to be close.
The 3500 stall, and DR's put you up there.
I trapped up there with you. I trapped at 92mph, with the stock TBI unit. only engine mod was headers. and then prom tuning.
FWIW, I am up there with the best trap speeds of a 'stock' LO3, trapped at 90mph with stock manifolds, stock LO3, and tuning, with of course, 3.42 rears, centerforce clutch, flywheel, LS1 driveshaft, etc. But the engine was untouched at that time.
