Injectors won't fire

I'll try to keep a long story short:

My car cut off on me as I was backing in at college. It hasn't started since. It will turn over just fine, but it won't start. I got someone to crank it while I watched the TBI unit, and the injectors are not firing, no fuel is coming out of them at all. This is what I have checked: fuel pressure is good (10.5 PSI), both INJ 1 and INJ 2 fuses are good, battery voltage is good (12.5V), cap, rotor, fuel filter, CTS, plugs and wires are all 10 months old, coil is 1 month old (MSD). Right before the car cut off, the SES light came on and it was Code 22 (TPS voltage too low). I had the same code pop up twice in the past 2 weeks and have adjusted the TPS to withing spec both times (around .50V closed, around 4.5V WOT) and didn't appear to be sticking when I checked it with a scan tool. If not sure if these things are related or not.

Tomorrow, I am going to double-check all of the fuses, check for spark (to make sure), and see if I can get a GM TBI noid light. Does anyone know what the resistance value of the injectors should be? Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

With the ign. in 'run',
Check for batt voltage on injector.,
(run DVM 'minus wire' to batt ground, or whatever)
Looking at a schematic. deterrmine 'hot' wire,
and 'switched ground' wire, of the injector.
.
Injector should spray/click (if there is fuel pressure)
by MOMENTARILY grounding the
'switched ground wire'.
Do not ground the 'hot' wire
.
Doing this will narrow the range of possible problems.

It could be a faulty module. Does it have spark and no fuel, or is it dead across teh board?

Well, as it turns out, I have no spark either. I checked it with a spark tester twice and I'm getting nothing. I checked all of the fuses just be sure and they're all fine. Everything else on the car works (interior lights, windows, door locks, headlights), but it won't start.

I haven't tried what contactpatch suggested yet, because I left my voltmeter at college . I am going to try another PROM I have around (Hypertech, I know, I know) just to rule that out. Thanks for all of the help so far.

EDIT: I tried the other PROM I had, still nothing.

Sounds like you'll want to try what dimented24x7 suggests. If the ignition module isn't letting the ECM know the engine is spinning, the ECM won't command any spark or fuel.

Take a good look at the distributor to see if anything looks wrong. You might get lucky and find the cause of the problem is that the 4 pin connector to the distributor is loose....?

Alright, I'll take a good look at the distributor and ICM. Is there any way to test the ignition module?

Well, I'm still stumped. I took the distributor cap off and inspected the ICM and found nothing that looked wrong. The distributor looks a little rusty under the cap, but nothing serious. All the wires to the ICM are nice and snug. I guess I need to get my voltmeter and start testing all these electronics, or something? Again, thanks for the help so far everyone.

Module or pickup coil is tops on my list as things to check.

Thank you, everyone! dimented24X7, you were dead on, it was the ignition control module. I replaced it, checked the pick-up coil with my voltmeter, which turned out to be within spec, and the car fires right up now. I should have replaced it a long time ago because the car cranks up faster than ever now . Thank you, once again.
