I'm really surprised your not running better than that. Those are times that I expect out of my 305 when I get the tuning dialed in a bit better. You say you have a custom chip. Did you tune it yourself?

no the chip is by fast chips, this a stock 350 truck motor w\the swirl port heads the cam is only193 dur 385 lift@.50 so the cam 'heads' and stock t\body are killing me. i am looking for easy 13s high 12s on motor after the change.

the 670cfm tbi prolly isnt killing you as much as you might think. Like you said before, heads and cam. Definitly ditch the heads and cam before you spend the $ on a tpi system. swirl port heads are horrible, unless all you want is low end torque.
My 383 TBI (Crossfire) ran a best of 12.81 @ 107mph last year. 60' was 1.76sec on normal street tires.
Usig AFR195s and a mild hyd roller 216/220, ~500lift.
Will be racing tomorrow night if the weather is good, fingers crossed for a new best!

Swap h/c, but do the ultimate mods with your stock throttle body.
