O2 problem error code 13-sensor is working fine

O2 problem error code 13-sensor is working fine

Hi,
From last time I have problem related to 13 error code, which appears during few minutes of uniform driving. Of course the mileage is bed, and some vapors odor I feel. When I accelerate and decelerate it seems to work fine. (the same situation is when I go over 2500 RPM during few minutes without driving).
I've checked at least 2 O2 sensors, and it wouldn't help. WINALDL shows signal around 0,5 V from the sensor. I have no experience what additional info from the log can be helpful to diagnose the problem. BTW Does anybody can look my logs ?
Do you have any idea what should be the next step to check ? or where the problem is located ?. I'm planning to swap new engine and in order to avoid problems I want resolve all issue before. (Just yesterday received some new 383 parts from US).

Is the voltage a constant .450 volts? IIRC, if the O2 fails to swing back and forth from around .3 volts to around .8 or so then the ecm will set an error after a period of time.

Yes I just checked and the signal from O2 sensor is varying from 0,42 to 0,48 V. It seem that when coolant is above 80 C and during few sec signal stays constant then 13 error code appears.
What is the reason ???. I've checked at least 3 O2 sensor - result is the same ? HELP

Sounds like there is the possibility of an open circuit somewhere thats interrupting the O2 signal. Check the wiring near the O2 as well as the connector for damage.

So as you recommended I have disconected O2 sensor and the WINALDL shows exactly the same results ~0,45 without O2. I will double check connector, but is there any possibility the the ECM is broken or it's related only to the wireing ?

Anything is possible. More likely a wiring problem then the ecm, though. Also, are your headers long tubes, or shorties? The O2 sensor must get up to around 320 degrees C or so to start working. If you have long tubes, the O2 may just not be getting warm enough.

Problem resolved: Connector was OK but the cable from O2 to ECM is broken somewhere. I connect new cable from O2 to D7 ECM pin and the code is gone. O2 voltage is varying now from ~0,01 to ~0,9 V.
