In line fuel pressure adapter

Here are a couple pictures and a link for an in line fuel pressure tap. It is a clean install and very helpful when adjusting your fuel pressure.

http://www.actron.com/product_detail.php?pid=16175

The T-fitting is available seperate from the guage if needed

I installed mine in the same place.

I also ran a length of hose from the end of the Schrader valve down to the bottom of the car in case the valve takes a dump while driving. I ran it through a hole in the frame to hold it in place.

I think in the fine print for that FP gauge, it says the valve/adapter fitting should be removed from the line when not in use.

Imagine the fire that would occur if the valve failed while driving!

Re: In line fuel pressure adapter

I've got that actron fuel tester for gm tbi, it only works w/ that adaptor. It wont screw onto the test port on other gms.
Hey Shady, did you buy it in a set? Whats not threading together?

Re: In line fuel pressure adapter

The rubber end of the pressure guage will not screw into the rotating t section of the adapter. Maybe I'm just crazy.

I'd try to refund it. I bet its just a mix up. They sell that adaptor in a full Actron set which probably has the threading for normal GM test port.
