193 heads flow more on the exhaust side than a stock L98 head. On the intake side they only flow margonaly less. When ported they can support an easy 300 HP and 400+ lb ft of the good stuff. Refer to recent discussions and data provided by Fast355 and kdrolt.

They are not a performance head but recent data has shown thay they are not "worthless" as deemed by many. I too once thought these heads to be junk. New evidence has forced me to chance my stance on them.

A lot will depend on your ability to do the necessary chip work. Off the shelf chips will not suffice and you will have to learn yourself or have the car in the hands of someone who knows how to tune TBI set-ups. You will also need to add some feuling upgrades to your list. You will need a high capacity fuel pump as well as larger injectors. You can use the stock TBI unit to get you started but throughout the tuning process you will more than likely want to try a larger TBI unit.

I will assume that you already have a full exhaust from the headers back.

With those missing criteria filled in I would say you are looking at a solid 300 hp and a solid 13 second car.

There are a few 350 injectors but any of them should work pending the adjustments you have with the regulator and chip work. Most here will recomend the walbro 190 fuel pump.
