Please Help, Which push rods with the LT1 Cam swap??

I've searched over and over and cannot find threads with the info i need. I am putting a LT1 cam in my 305 TBI with the comp cam springs like the thread said to do. My car has 147k miles on it so while i'm tearing into it all i wanna replace other parts such as the lifters and push rods, whether they "need" it or not. I figure I might as well do it while I have it all apart. I'm kinda new at the whole valve train stuff, so can anybody tell me what push rods to use as a replacement. I'm not neccessarily looking for an upgrade, considering the stock ones will work. I'm more or less looking to replace the olds ones with new ones. But if there are some better ones i'm open to suggestions. What I really need to know is the specs on the factory push rods in my car so i can look for new ones....Please any help will be great! Thanks!

Stock replacements are fine as well as any stock sized (5/16" diameter, 7.195" long)
aftermarket ones.

GM Part #10046173

Here are some that will work. They range in price based on heat treament and material. Cheap ones are fine for your application.
Here are some Summit Racing part numbers.

CRN-10621-16
SUM-1457200
TFS-21407200
SUM-G6406
CCA-7972-16
CCA-7808-16

LT1/Z28 springs would be good enoughj, right ? I'm asking since I've seen an ad in a car magazine, something like 27 or 28 bucks for the set.

If you search here on TGO for "Z28 springs" you will get a series of horror stories. From what I read, and I have no reason to doubt, they are junk and will not be adequate. You are better off paying $50 for a comp 981 spring (good for LTX cams) or equivalent.
