buying a 92 z28 350...need help

i am 18 years old an own an 88 camaro sport coupe with a throttle body 305.it has about 160,000 miles on it and while still being reliable with still some strong h.p.,i want more.i am purchasing a 92 z28 350 with under 100,000 miles on it.i am getting it rebuilt and also getting the heads worked for some easy h.p.again i am only 18 so have limited funds.i am looking for slightly inexpensive ways to boost up horsepower.could i get it stroked?how much would that cost?what type of hedders would you recommend and price?any ideas are greatly appreciated.oh and, should everything match right up?what about the computer this engine has?any help and ideas are greatly appreciated.......looking foward to hearing some suggestions.thanks,
jason

Jason, as I understand your question you want to build the Z28 right? I would post this on the tpi board, you'll get more responses there. You also say you have a limited budgit, you might want to say what that budgit is so anyone responding to your post can do so with some knowledge of where you can go with it. You could also learn a lot by reading other post of simular content or do a search on these subjects. There is a tech section on the home page with some free mods you could do as well as how to do repairs.

I know this does'nt directly answer your question but it might help.

Steve
