I'm looking for a set of 350 TBI injectors to install in my 305 TBI. I found out the hard way that not all 350 TBI injectors are the same. Does anyone know what year, make and model truck TBI injectors will work? I had a part number for the correct injectors but lost it. Thanks.

hey - I'm wagering that those injectors will cost more than a whole TBI unit. Go to Holley (or check out JEGS) b/c there's a 670cfm unit that they make that'll bolt right on - bigger flow AND fuel! Hope it helps.

55s in Pickups
65s in the cop/ taxi/ fleet cars
You'll need the right chip if you switching injectors.
The cars with the 65 have an ecm with a lean cruise mode, pickups us the 747 ecm, it's totally hac'd

Thanks for the input guys. I didn't think anyone was going to reply so I started to do some serious research and found out that the fuel injectors from an 89' C1 truck w/5.7 liter will work without having to change the chip. The GM part number is 17111864 if anyone asks. TIME TO HIT THE PART STORES AND JUNK YARDS!!

I found the info in an article in the CAR CRAFT magazine Tech Talk section Feb 96' issue. There is also an article in the HOT ROD archives from 89'. I'll try to find the exact month. Both articles reflect the same exact part number and mention nothing about a chip change. I bought a set of 350 TBI injectors from a newer truck but they didn't work. They were a different part #.<font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by steve8586iroc:

I thought the 305's use 55#'s and the 350's use 61#'s. But the hi-po 350's use 65#'s. I dont have part numbers, but you can also get them from http://www.turbocity.com/
