Loosing Power at High End

What would cause this? My injectors aren't looking to good when they spray...spurtin every once in awhile. Would this hurt my power up top? Cause my car feels REAL strong down low until 3rd gear...wondering what different kinds of things cause power loss at the high end. Thanks a lot guys.

ignition is good from what i have seen. I haven't tested my fuel pressure yet though but the O2 sensor readings came out normal.

the car isn't pulling as ahrd because it can't. you aren't really running out of anything in terms of power. it just gets physically harder for your car to accelerate if it is already going fast. it is fighting against less gear anh more resistance.
they only ways to fight it are to regear teh car or add a bunch of rpm to the power band and then it will just fall on it's face later

later

But I have an identical combo to some people and there 15.00 to 14.8's. Why I am running a 15.5? There has to be some reason.

Maybe they're running with a little more fuel pressure! Man, I wish more people would learn that an engine needs MORE fuel if it's taking in MORE air. Sheesh

Doh! I have an AFPR too. guess I better get to work on installing it and boosting my feul pressure. I think I am gonna try and run some fuel injector cleaner thru there too and if the spray pattern doesn't look any better than I think I am gonna have them replaced with some turbocity injectors.
