Thats a somewhat dated site. Theres some good info there. Theres also some misinformation as well. Take it with a grain of salt...

 

I trust Fast355 a lot more than that guy. For one, he never built a TBI that actually works. He just wrote a lot about it in theory. Two, he gave up on his TBI and bought an 88 IROC with a 406ci SuperRam. Three, he hasnt been around here in 5 years, nor has he updated his website, but we still get newbies (no offense to you) who think he's smart when he's been proven wrong on these boards over and over.
I'm surprised that website still exists. Who's paying the bill?

Yeah, we've seen it and it's 98% BS and the other 2% is typo's. Read the stickies and you'll learn more about TBI than you'll ever need to know.

 

you gotta admit that holley TB setup is freakin sweeet on there tho. they boast up to 700 cfm!

 

stick around here and you'll learn more than he ever knew -- A LOT has been solved in the TBI puzzle in the last few years.

 

oh yeah? what did you mean by "tbi puzzle" i am very genuineley interested in these for i own an 89 rs with a 305 tbi with 59,000 orig miles and im always interested in faster. . . .

 

the way ecm works, what really works for more power etc... The best way to make a 305 fast is to take everything from the factory off of it. it seems. and even then you're not that fast. --- We've accepted it. LOL
