what works best

I was wondering what injectors could i upgrade to. I have a 305 tbi 92 rs, i have the open air element tbi spacer headers no smog 2 piece underdrive and a hypertech chip. I would like to know what pound my stock injectors are and what can the stock fuel system support and get some decent performance out of thanks.

Re: what works best

with those mods you stated you should have no problem with fuel im not exactly sure what they were rated at but i think they are 55 lb\per hr you might want to look into diy prom tuning insted of getting a hypertech chip just my 2 cents

Re: what works best

You can't just throw more fuel at an engine and expect more power. You have to tune the chip for the fuel needs of the motor. Fast355 has made over 300 hp with the stock 55 lb/hr injectors at higher than stock fuel pressure so you don't need to upgrade yet.

Re: what works best

you can tune your prom yourself even so if you do tune your chip for your mods you would not need to worry about your fuel pressure to much

Re: what works best

Well if you're ignorant (choose not to know) then there is no help for you. If you just don't know how, we can point you in the right direction to learn. If you don't want to tune you have to be content with only making 20-30 hp over stock. The only other option is to take it to a shop that can tune, mail order chips are a sham for anything more than a stock motor. You can be DIY tuning for less than $150, just check out the "free tune" sticky at the top of the forum.
