I've been reading alot about the '601 heads, how does this sound as far as a combo goes. I'm buiding a 350 for a 91 4x4 to go into my current ride. I'm currently working on porting a set of 601's then i'm going to have a buddy of mine cut them for 1.94"/1.50" pos 1.60" exhaust reusing the stock dicsed pistons a repro 68 350hp/327 l79 corvette cam (.447" lift 222@.050 dur), a set of split ratio 1.5/1.6 aluminum roller rockers, edelbrock performer rpm intake with a tbi adapter, ported tbi with 350 injectors running 13psi fuel pressure, full length 1 5/8" hooler headers and 2.5" true dual exhaust. Does this sound like a good engine combo? Also i'm going to be running a 5speed manual with a 3.42:1 limited slip rearend.
