I plan on buying the $430 eblflash.I've been getting conflicting reports on the installation process. By my knowledge this particular model has the new ecm with the ebl flash installed an all I think I should need to do is take out my stock ecm an replace it with the new model an program any mods I may have. The reason for the upgrade was because I put 373them gears in an now I hit the rev limiter an my car bogs down. I appreciate all the help I've got this far. I just want to know all the extra things I may need like censors or harnesses I may need. I want to buy everything at one time.

I think shipping is a very reasonable $10 extra...

The EBL can be plug-n-play on a stock engine, it is likely that you will want to install a wide-band o2 sensor like the TT-1.

The EBL Flash ECM won't run the AIR system (smog pump). So need to pop terminals/wires C1 & C2 out of the ECM harness connector. Other then that it is plug & play.

If you need the air system to pass emissions (and EGR), can you export the settings to have a chip burned?

You would need to do it manually. That is copy the table values from one BIN to the other BIN.

But it doesn't make sense to enable AIR since all it does is supply extra air to the cat during cold starts. There's almost no way that would help you pas an emissions test

It is the harness connectors, not the ECM. Yes they are labeled. Can see how to do it here:

And don't forget that if your computer doesn't have a serial port you're going to need an adapter. You can buy one from RBob when you buy the ECM or you can buy one from ebay- can't complain about the one I bought from ebay. Just be sure to buy the one that's compatible with the OS your computer has
