I知 stumped. I believe it to be ignition
So my car started running like crap and so I diagnosed a few things and it ended up being my module (again. I replaced it a year ago) ran fine for a month then start dying randomly and wouldn稚 start from time to time. Then it wouldn稚 stay running at all. It would try to start but would die. I checked the order of the plug wires and they were 2 were in the wrong place. Must致e been the previous owner. It痴 got a new coil. New plugs. New plug wires and cap and rotor. It痴 getting plenty of fuel. Could the wires being backward messed up my coil. Or maybe the module again?

You had two wires mixed up for over a year?
What motor, is it stock? Any mods at all? What is the maintenance history?

It "could" be a whole bunch of things. More diagnosis needed.
Test the coil primary and secondary windings with an ohmmeter--if it tests bad, it's bad. If it tests good, check spark output of a fully-warm engine/coil with a spark-tester calibrated for HEI ignitions. If it reliably fires the spark tester, the coil is probably good.
Have you inspected the distributor cap? Having two plug wires swapped could lead to insulation break-down in the cap and/or the rotor.
Connect a scan tool, make sure there's no codes, and the various sensors and outputs are in-line with expected values.
Verify fuel pressure.

It ended up being the pick up could in the distributor. Replaced the whole distributor and I ran fine for a year. Now I知 having a completely different problem.
