mild cammed 92 350 swap

So I've got an 89 RS that I swapped the TBI 305 with a 1992 Truck TBI 350, and it will not rev above 2800-3000 rpm. I've put a 60 psi fuel pump in it and 454 90 ish lb an hour injectors and it still is acting goofy. I've checked timing and I think it's good it doesn't seem to effect much when I've screwed with it.

Basically I'm wondering how the fuel pressure regulator works on these TBI's, and if that could be the issue. If there's any aftermarket ones or if I can adjust it somehow. I'm young and new to this stuff so thanks for the help.

ps. this 350 is quite literally bone stock. intake, heads etc. the only aftermarket thing is a 214 224 @ .050 with around 444 lift on intake and 446 on exhaust

Did you swap the ESC, EPROM chip and injectors for the 350 TBI ones?

Well, I originally put the 350 injectors on it because I started with the 305 injectors. but that didnt seem like enough so i bought new 454 injectors. that's all that I've done so far

You need to run the 350 TBI chip, esc and injectors. Your car still thinks it has a 305, and its fuel and timing are all off.

Just re read that you have a cam. Time for some custom chip work. The stock 350 chip will get it to run but without custom chip tuning, you're leaving power and driving maners on the table.
