camaro died WTF!!!!

I was drivin some back road, car was runnin pretty hot like usual, and i wasn't gettin any response from the throttle at all. So i shut the car off only to not have it start up again. This was at about 11 tonight. We let the car sit untill almost 4 this morning and went back and it still won't start. The fuel pump was just replaced but could that possibly be the problem??? Pretty torked off right now. Any help would be great.

Troubleshooting...

Troubleshooting...

The process of narrowing down the problem through a step by step systematic process.

If you provide some symptoms, the folks at this board can assist you in troubleshooting the problem.

1) Does the engine turn over when the key is turned?
2) Do your dashboard lights and or headlights work?
3) Can you hear a buzzing sound near the back of the car when the key is turned partway that would indicate your fuel pump is working?

These are just a few of the questions we have to look for in the troubleshooting process. I am sure there will be many more that will be asked. If you can provide this kind of info, I am sure these folks at thirdgen can assist in solving your car's problem.

The car will still turn over, all the lights and guages and what not move. There isn't a noise comin from that back at all which is why i was thinkin it might be the pump...but it was just replaced about a month ago. Why would it be doin this??

if the pump isn't running check the fuse, the relay, and the sender above the oil filter
