Does anyone know if this Air Box will work on the Factory hood on an '86 T/A? I know its a ram air box but arn't the air vents in the same place? Here's the link with a pic Air Box

Any help would be great!

I really don't know for sure, but I think that the filter won't mate right with your factory hood. The ram air hood has a little raise to it, while the stock doesn't. If I were you, I'd call the company and get dimensions for it, then break out the ruler under your hood. I suppose it might be possible to modify the ducting to make it fit, but I don't believe it will work.

wouldn't bother with it.. get something that looks like dual snorkel and fit mushroom type filters (K&N filtercharger and such). Should give you a lot more cfm..
