Well?
I have to run a high volume pump for my setup and dont ask what kinda setup cuz i aint telln'.....yet
Just trust me on it
With the high volume pump i do need a larger pan and was curious as to what people use and have good success with
Also...i'm not running a y-pipe so i'm not concerned with the room where the crossover would go
thank you

Moroso 7 quart (#20180) here...no clearance issues. He probably means 5" of ground clearance since it hangs lower than the stock pan.

7 quart if you add one for the filter...but yes 6 quart pan.Still big enough for even the wildest small block that will fit in our stock chassis.

I bought Summits version of the Moroso pan for $75.00, holds 6 quarts also. I had a hellava time gettin the motor in as the squared bottom of the pan, accomponied by the short cherry picker arm and long snout on my firebird trying to get it past the crossmember and brake lines. I installed new motor and tranny as a unit so had more clearance issuses to contend with also.
